Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Associate Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate project activities, maintain project documentation, and support the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to customer expectations. You will partner with experienced Project Managers, internal Consultants, and external clients while developing the skills needed to manage increasingly complex engagements.


What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate project activities across analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation phases to support delivery against scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with internal team members and clients
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, action items, risks, issues, decisions, and status updates
  • Track project budgets, hours, milestones, and deliverables; escalate variances or concerns to PMO leadership
  • Support client and internal meetings by preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and following up on assigned actions
  • Ensure consistent use of Mosaic’s project management tools, processes, templates, and methodologies
  • Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes; communicate them promptly and support timely resolution
  • Take ownership of smaller or lower-complexity projects as experience and proficiency grows

  • Maintaining accurate and current project plans, documentation, budgets, forecasts, and status information
  • Completing assigned project activities on time and escalating risks, issues, and dependencies promptly
  • Supporting projects that meet defined scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations
  • Demonstrating clear communication, responsiveness, organization, follow-through, and sound judgment
  • Showing measurable growth in project ownership, client interaction, financial awareness, and application of Mosaic’s project management standards

What makes you successful:

Need to have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, consulting, professional services, or a related client-facing environment
  • Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including schedules, risks, issues, action items, scope, budgets, and status reporting
  • Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Comfort working with project data, budgets, spreadsheets, collaboration tools, and status reporting
  • Ability to work fully remote and travel as needed for client work

Nice to have:

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • CAPM certification or progress toward a project management certification
  • Experience supporting HCM, WFM, HR technology, SaaS, or enterprise software implementations
  • Experience working with UKG products
