This is a fully remote role within the United States.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically-fluent Technical Product Manager to own planning and execution for tactical features and improvements within our Contracts product. This role will manage the day-to-day flow of user reported issues in close partnership with Engineering and the broader Product team. They will also work closely with Customer Success – not as first-line support, but as the product owner who takes confirmed issues from CS, synthesizes scattered feedback into clear themes, and turns the highest priorities into shipped improvements.

Why this Role Matters

Turquoise has built the most comprehensive picture of negotiated rates and contract data in US healthcare, and Contracts is a core pillar of that business. As the product and customer base have grown, so has the volume and complexity of inbound support and feature requests. This role exists to both absorb and structure that operational load, and to make sure the high-impact improvements that come out of it actually get built. This is a great entry point for someone with revenue cycle or managed care experience who wants to grow into a product or product operations career; you'll get hands-on reps in requirements, prioritization, and cross-functional execution from day one.

Responsibilities:
  • Own requirements and execution for tactical features and improvements within the Contracts product, from scoping through eng handoff and launch

  • Own triage of confirmed issue reports, feedback and feature requests across the Contracts product, in partnership with Engineering

  • Identify themes across support tickets and escalations, and turn the highest-impact ones into scoped feature or hardening work

  • Own the prioritization and translation of issues into engineering-ready requirements

  • Complete UAT on changes before they move to production

  • Be a trusted resource for CS on the status of support tickets and in-flight improvements - a partner CS can count on for strong prioritization instincts and product judgement

  • Be a reliable partner for Engineering on execution

  • Contribute to the structure of contracts support intake and execution, suggesting improvements as you learn the process

  • As you build trust and context, take on broader product ownership across the Contracts product

  • Build and operationalize AI-powered solutions and workflows

What you'll bring to the role:
  • 2-5 years of experience in health care revenue cycle or health tech, with background in managed care contracts and health care reimbursement

  • Experience triaging, prioritizing, or managing inbound customer requests, ideally in partnership with Product, CS, and/or Engineering

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with the instinct to create structure where there isn't one

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Highly organized and reliable, with strong judgment on urgency and impact

  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience/knowledge. We are happy to work with strong candidates with non-traditional educational backgrounds.

Bonus points:
  • Product management or product owner experience

  • Background in managed care contracts and healthcare reimbursement

  • SQL experience, or comfort using AI tools to answer technical questions outside your current skill set

Benefits:
  • Competitive pay with equity options

  • Stellar health care plan options (Medical, Dental & Vision), with FSA, DCFSA, & HSA options

  • Company-sponsored disability & life insurance

  • Flexible PTO

  • 401(k) + 4% Matching

  • Fully remote work + flexible working hours

  • $750 work-from-home setup budget

  • Paid bi-annual all-company in-person Summits

  • Quarterly $150 co-hanging stipend to meet up with coworkers

  • Monthly $100 health and wellness benefit

  • Generous paid family leave

  • Annual $1,200 learning & development stipend

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
