Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager (Remote – International)
About Us

We partner with leading U.S.-based personal injury law firms to connect them with experienced international legal professionals for long-term remote careers.

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Case Manager (English/Spanish) to join one of our client firms. This role is ideal for an experienced personal injury professional who is passionate about client service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing U.S. law firm.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, and prior personal injury experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring an excellent client experience.
  • Coordinate medical treatment, request medical records, and manage billing documentation.
  • Work closely with attorneys to keep cases moving efficiently and support overall case strategy.
  • Draft correspondence, case summaries, and other legal documents.
  • Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other third parties.
  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and important case milestones.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files within the firm's case management system.
  • Assist with settlement preparation, including collecting supporting documentation and resolving outstanding balances.
  • Provide additional administrative and case management support as needed.
Qualifications
  • Must be located outside of the United States (international applicants only).
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) required.
  • Personal injury law firm experience is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Case Manager or in a similar legal support role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows, medical treatment coordination, and settlement processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management software.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
