Boeing Global Services (BGS) Commercial Sales & Marketing is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to support the Marketing organization. The individual selected for this role will partner closely with executive leadership, have the opportunity to collaborate across P&Ls in support of overarching Marketing goals, lead the execution of the organization management system, assist completion of data calls and actions aligned to executive priorities and initiatives, ensure adherence to business partner commitments, and support Sales & Marketing continuous improvement and Functional Excellence maturity. This position will be in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities:
  • Operationalizes, implements and integrates Business and Functional requirements
  • Guides and facilitates the development and integration of plans, strategies and processes on behalf of executive leaders, including culture initiatives
  • Presents plans to executive leadership to gain approval and provides implementation direction
  • Establishes overall management system construct by utilizing the Program Management Best Practices
  • Utilizes the management systems, processes, and data analytics to provide insights on performance to committed plans

  • Utilizes data analytics to forecast performance to committed plans and consults with leaders on strategic opportunities
  • Ensures follow up action for issue resolution

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
  • 5+ years experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
  • 5+ years experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
  • 5+ years' experience working in a cross functional environment

Summary pay range: $126,650 - $171,350
