Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our Quality & EHS Business Operations team. This position could be located at one of the following locations: Seattle, WA or San Antonio, TX.
In this position you will serve as the business integrator for the Quality Leader, acting as a proactive partner and ensuring a unified operating rhythm.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage, facilitate and support day-to-day operations and meetings
  • Deliver outcomes while working in a fast-paced, high visibility and dynamic environment
  • Develop and coordinate metrics, presentations and content that will be shared with senior leaders and customers
  • Identify risk and opportunity potential to develop mitigation plans and present plans to leaders to gain approval
  • Assists in the development and integration of projects, strategies, and processes to meet business goals.
  • Track actions to resolution and drive improvements for the business
  • Manages, updates, and improves operating tools (OneNote, SharePoint, File shares, Teams, Outlook, etc.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion
  • 5+ years of years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data
  • 5+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
  • 5+ years of experience developing and reporting performance metrics
  • 5+ years of experience leading projects

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • Experience working in Program Management and/or Business Operations

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $118,150 - $171,350
