    • Drive brand contribution improvement through better mix and planning.
  • Execution & Hands-On Ownership
    • Personally own end-to-end execution of campaigns (from planning through in-market delivery) not just strategic recommendations
    • Fast problem solving is a key routine. Suggest alternatives when there are different levels of constraints, for example resources limitation, day-to-day operational issues. Take the lead in resolving execution challenges and removing roadblocks to ensure successful delivery, rather than only delegating upward or across.
    • Work and deliver results in a way that comply with company SOP
  • Deliver Brand Growth Through Execution Excellence
    • Manage brand growth through existing business and new product launches to drive category share, brand equity, and loyalty.
    • Manage marketing operations discipline from planning to execution, co-working with cross-functional teams.

    • Shape integrated consumer experiences across conventional and new media (online, social, PR, BTL/in-store).
    • Collaborate with 3rd-party partners and manage relationships.
    • Get product phase-in-phase-out planning and demand alignment together with supply chain and commercial teams to support forecast accuracy and minimize stock risks
  • Skin Health Collaboration
    • Partner with the Other brand team on shared category initiatives, joint retailer negotiations, and cross-brand media/PR opportunities where synergies exist.
    • Contribute to Skin Care (Face & Body) level planning while maintaining Neutrogena-specific brand ownership and accountability.

Key Deliverables

Market Share, Sales, Offtake, Category Growth, Brand Contribution, Investment Effectiveness, Operation Discipline.

Key Stakeholders

Regional segment team (MA brand team, RDL), local cross-functional team, TWHK retail marketing team, agency strategic partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of brand and product management experience with a proven, demonstrable track record of personally executing end to end marketing programs

  • Proactive and independent mindset to work comfortably in a lean, hands-on local team structure
  • Willing to be closely involved in high-level direction and day-to-day execution details.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams, agencies, and retailer partners without relying purely on formal authority.
  • Brand P&L ownership experience: you’ve owned numbers and delivered results, including in resource-constrained environments.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
