WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome guests to Mercedes-Benz of Seattle with genuine warmth and professionalism -- creating a first impression that reflects the standard of the brand

• Guide guests through the Mercedes-Benz lineup with growing product knowledge and confidence -- connecting engineering, design, and technology to what matters most to each individual buyer

• Listen carefully to understand each guest's needs, lifestyle, and priorities -- then present the right vehicle with clarity and genuine enthusiasm

• Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives that bring the Mercedes-Benz experience to life

• Build lasting guest relationships through consistent, thoughtful follow-up and disciplined CRM use

• Collaborate with sales management and finance to guide guests through a seamless, transparent purchase process

• Meet monthly performance targets while maintaining excellent guest satisfaction scores

• Stay current on Mercedes-Benz's full lineup, technology features, and growing EV and PHEV offerings

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• No automotive experience required -- paid Mercedes-Benz brand and product training provided from day one

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, technology sales, financial services, or a consultative guest-facing role strongly preferred

• Polished, professional presence -- Seattle's Mercedes-Benz buyers expect a Brand Specialist who matches their standard

• Natural communicator who listens well, builds rapport quickly, and follows through with integrity

• Self-motivated with a genuine desire to grow your earnings and your career

• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication -- or quick to learn them

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
