JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for supporting the execution of sales strategies for new markets and new products for Brasseler Medical. The position will focus on the execution of initiatives that will bring Brasseler Medical into complementary markets in which it serves today and the launch of products in new categories/specialties to drive accelerated growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for the execution of sales strategies associated with new products and markets
Ensure effective launching of new/line extension products
Responsible to achieve sales budgets
Execute the sales plans at the direction of Sr. Manager Business Development Sales Lead
Synthesizes customer strategies with brand and sales strategies to maximize results for both customer and company
Partnership with Brasseler Medical Field Sales and independent sales agents to maximize customer opportunities
Drive sales and manage our ISA partners inventory, case volumes, education

Understand, interpret and act on financial information and external trends that contributes to business profitability

Communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders
Excellent negotiating skills and ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships
Ability to influence, build relationships, understand organizational complexities, manage conflict and navigate politics
Broad professional skills with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Functional experience in Orthopedic Sales, with 10+ years of experience.
Knowledge about the US Orthopedic sector is a must, as well as strong knowledge of the different channels and sales models.
Ability to move others to act.
Analytical, logical and advanced problem-solving skills
Must be able to establish strategic relationships and partnerships
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
TRAVEL / WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel –potentially up to 50%
Position typically works in an office type environment whether on site or remote where environmental conditions are stable
While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit for extended periods of time; talk and hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, stretch and lift up to 15 pounds
Position will be filled on west coast located out of major airport hubs.
The posted range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a commission not reflected in the posted range.
