Job Description Summary

The Multifamily Client Services team is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Business Analyst to support strategic decision-making, business development initiatives, and operational performance across the Multifamily Asset Services platform. This role serves as a key partner to Business Development, Regional Operations, and Executive Leadership by delivering data-driven insights, underwriting analysis, financial modeling, and reporting solutions.

Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesUnderwriting & Financial Analysis
  • Lead underwriting analysis for multifamily property management opportunities and client pursuits.
  • Develop and enhance financial models used for pricing, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Evaluate operating assumptions using internal and external benchmarks.
  • Support preparation of underwriting packages and client presentations.
Strategic Business Support
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams on RFP responses and pursuits.
  • Partner with Regional Operations leaders to identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Process Improvement & Technology
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.
  • Support implementation of new reporting tools and automation solutions.
  • Promote analytics best practices across the organization.
  • Assist in evaluating new technologies and data sources.
QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in business / financial analysis or multifamily property management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
  • Experience with Claude, Copilot, or other AI tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
  • Experience in commercial real estate, multifamily property management, or asset services.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, underwriting, and performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and cross-functional initiatives.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 80,168.40 - $85,000.00
