Key Responsibilities: 

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements related to the Zeta platform and migration. 

Perform data mapping between marketing platforms and Zeta’s data model, ensuring consistency and completeness. 

Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications (BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows). 

Understand Zeta’s APIs and integration requirements; coordinate with technical teams on system design and testing. 

Conduct gap analysis between existing processes and Zeta capabilities, recommending solutions or workarounds. 

Support planning and execution of test strategies, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT). 

Create and maintain project documentation in tools like JIRA and Confluence. 

Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors throughout the implementation lifecycle. 

Assist with data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation during migration. 

Support post-implementation stabilization and enhancements as needed. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field. 

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Martech and other digital platforms. 

Experience in large-scale system migration projects, ideally involving multiple third-party platforms

Familiarity with Zeta platform architecture, product modules like APIs (preferred). 

Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and validation

Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large data sets. 

Excellent documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, Wireframes, Process Diagrams). 

Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent tools. 

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. 


Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 35,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 123,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
