The Role and Responsibilities

Business Analyst responsibilities (70%)
- Requirement gathering and translation of business needs and ideas into clear requirements, plans and actions. Main scope areas: reporting using PowerBI, utilizing Dynamics 365 (D365) for customer engagements, and create wireframes where needed and/or mockups to hand over to the development team.
- Execute validation, testing and support user roll-out of new features or changes.
- Validation and testing: test new features from the development team to ensure they are functional and according to requirements and aligned with business goals.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborating and orchestrating closely with developers, product managers, insights teams and end users to refine requirements and define quality metrics.
- Documentation of updates within Dynamics and SharePoint.
- Facilitate and conduct short training sessions for users.
- Support broader team priorities as needed, including planning of workshops, meetings, events, communications, documentation, SharePoint updates, and other operational activities.
- Take ownership of new, unfamiliar or ambiguous problems, quickly work out what needs to happen, and drive them through to a practical outcome.
- Must have demonstrated, recent experience creating and using PowerBI dashboards
- Previous experience working with teams as a business analyst, including operational support is required.
- Strong Excel skills is required.
