About the Role:

Under the supervision of the Principal Business Manager, the Business Analyst will provide quantitative analysis related to current market competition, market/customer trends, and overall strategy within specific corridors and the wider AMER business. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the United States based on manager approval.

You Will:

  • Analyze regional volume, revenue, and profitability, identifying drivers and translating into actions to grow the business.

  • Collaborate with managers to translate strategy into specific goals across marketing, product, analytics and customer service.

  • Analyze X-regional or regional-specific business manager projects to meet the broader goals of the AMER and global Remitly business.

  • Collaborate with the analytics team to deliver complex customer and market analysis to obtain insights and develop executional plans across marketing, product, customer service, and other teams.

You Have:

  • Position requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field, and 2 years of experience with developing business strategies based on complex business analytics.

  • 1 year of experience with regression analysis, test design, hypothesis testing, and applying statistical techniques to solve business problems; 

  • 1 year of experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, VBA, Sisense, and Periscope;

  • 1 year of experience with BI and reporting tools, including Excel, OBIEE, and BO; and

  • 1 year of experience with Agile methodology, data warehousing, ETL, Google Analytics, PowerBI, Python, Qlik Sense, R, and SQL.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $129,709.00 – $168,000.00 per year. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
