- Role Summary: As a Business Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations and planning of the SMB team, assisting with budget management, travel coordination, hiring, and onboarding activities. You will play a crucial role in supporting the success of the team and its initiatives.

4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
  - Lead PCN Management and headcount tracking across the broader team.
  - Support the internal continuation of business operations during all times, including periods of change or special circumstances through tactical execution of continuity plans.
  - Support the annual budget process under the direction of others.
  - Track the use of role-based compliance trainings and new trainings, as well as collaborate on culture initiatives.
  - Contribute to cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment.
  - Partner with the communications team to land internal content such as email cascades.

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
  - 8-10 years overall experience in the field.
  - Strong written communication skills, with experience creating newsletters and professional emails.
  - Experience supporting a large team, ideally a global team.
  - Experience with Microsoft suite (Excel, Power BI) and a willingness to learn CoPilot if not already familiar.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  - Bachelor's degree or data certification (e.g., power BI or excel certification).
  - Previous Microsoft experience, business management or generalist background, office management, and experience working in a high-speed environment.
