About Job

Business Development Representative

  • Job Description: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this position, you'll connect with key decision-makers, generate new opportunities, and play a critical role in driving pipeline growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct cold, multi-channel outreach to prospective clients
  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive research and direct engagement
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Schedule meetings that generate qualified pipeline
  • Facilitate smooth handoffs to Account Executives or Client Partners to maintain deal momentum
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and events teams on targeted campaign strategies

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in lead generation, particularly with technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and modern sales tools
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities
  • Familiarity with data-driven, AI development, or digital transformation solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex technical or service-based offerings
  • Strong curiosity and discovery skills to understand prospect needs and qualify opportunities effectively
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve

Salary: $90k + OTB
