Job Summary
The Business Intelligence Analyst will use BI tools, system data, and other resources to recommend and execute data-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organization to optimize reporting and analytics within key operational systems to enable faster, better decisions. This role uses Salesforce, Marketing Automation Platforms, and BI tools to ensure data integrity, develop actionable insights, and support the GTM team’s planning and forecasting needs.

Essential Functions

  • Build clear, actionable reports, dashboards, and planning models that support business decision-making.
  • Analyze key business drivers and resolve reporting needs using Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Develop and maintain bottom-up Sales bookings and pipeline forecast models to inform GTM sales strategy.
  • Build and maintain Marketing lead forecasting models to align with sales goals.
  • Report on the full Marketing-to-Sales lead lifecycle, generating insights to optimize GTM planning.
  • Develop and operate real-time dashboards and performance reports for Marketing campaigns.
  • Track marketing attribution KPIs and ROI reporting.
  • Maintain close alignment with Finance and Deal Desk teams on revenue and financial reporting.
  • Enhance the GTM data suite, dashboards, and data resources to support operational teams.
  • Manage data across multiple BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Aviso) and maintain process documentation.
  • Support Enterprise analytics initiatives by providing data insights and reporting documentation.
  • Assist with Sales and Marketing capacity modeling projects.
  • Perform other responsibilities as defined by the Director of Revenue Operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated financial and business acumen.
  • 3–5+ years of experience working with Salesforce.com, Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Revenue Operations.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, BI tools, and advanced Excel modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and secure buy-in.
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to work with confidential information.
  • Comfort working across all levels of the organization, effectively managing up, down, and laterally.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and minimal oversight.
  • Strong work ethic, proactive work habits, and attention to detail.
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional BI platforms such as Tableau, Domo, or Looker.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages.
  • Experience with sales and marketing capacity planning models.
  • Experience presenting findings and insights to senior leadership and C-level audiences.
  • Background working in SaaS, Tech, or high-growth GTM organizations.

Working Environment/Physical Demands

  • This is a fully remote role with occasional travel as needed (up to 15%).
  • Standard office environment: prolonged sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
  • Occasional periods of stress may occur.
