Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of Ni2 Health business intelligence tools, reporting, and processes
  • Oversee priorities, workflows, and standards for all business intelligence activities and development efforts
  • Lead and mentor members of the business intelligence team, supporting their growth an ensuring high quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with revenue cycle consultant teams to design and maintain process that continually create measurable value
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years of combined experience in business intelligence, revenue cycle, or relevant management roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with SSMS development at a DBA capable level
  • Experience with data transformation and visualization, with AWS QuickSight preferred
  • Advanced analytics and reporting skills including joining large data sets, interpreting results, and communicating insights verbally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to fast moving and ambiguous environments, and bring clarity through structured problem solving and prioritization
  • Revenue cycle or related industry experience strongly preferred

General Skills:

  • Expert level SSMS development skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL report writing, analytics, and business intelligence concepts
  • Strong presentation, reporting, and communication skills
  • Commitment to the core values of Team, Integrity, Growth, and Innovation
  • Independent thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
