About the Role:
Under the supervision of the Director, Business Management, the Business Manager will support the overall business strategy and define clear strategic pillars, goals, objectives and overall business outcomes for a set of corridors. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the United States based on manager approval.
You Will:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams that directly impact on end-to-end customer experience to proactively identify and solve product friction and customer pain points.
Drive customer learnings and hypotheses generation to iterate faster towards the right customer and business outcomes.
Translate overall business strategy into specific regional corridor goals for all required actions across marketing, product, and overall customer experience.
Collaborate with the analytics team to create customer behavior and market analyses to obtain insights and develop executional plans.
Partner with pricing, product, marketing, finance and BD stakeholders to achieve business and customer outcomes.
You Have:
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Business, Analytics, or a directly related field, and 5 years of experience with financial technology, consumer technology, strategy consulting, or e-commerce. In the alternative, employer will accept two years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a directly related field, and 5 years of experience with financial technology, consumer technology, strategy consulting, or e-commerce. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
1 year of experience with interpreting business and customer metrics and key functional KPIs that impact sustainable business growth.
1 year of experience with problem-solving by analyzing business outcomes, metrics, and KPIs.
1 year of experience with analyzing the influence of pricing, promotion, product, packaging, and marketing on unit economics.
1 year of experience with interpreting customer behavior nuances in relation to customer growth and unit economics; building business strategy from operational tactics and initiatives.
1 year of experience with data modeling and analysis.
1 year of experience with conducting cohort analysis and building LTV models and churn prediction.
1 year of experience with developing market expansion plans and aligning execution to business priorities.
1 year of experience with A/B testing, multi-channel campaign analysis, Sitespect, SQL, Tableau, and unit economic analysis.
Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $176,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
