In This Role

Join a newly formed, globally distributed commercial team as a Program Coordinator, where you'll serve as the operational backbone supporting leadership and ensuring seamless business operations. You'll partner directly with the commercial lead to manage rhythm of business activities, financial reporting, and strategic planning initiatives while building operational infrastructure for a high-visibility team. This role offers broad exposure to global business management, leadership support, and the opportunity to influence and streamline business processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with team leadership to manage rhythm of business (ROB) activities including strategic business planning, fiscal year planning, business reviews, and cross-functional coordination for key business events
  • Plan and execute team meetings, quarterly town halls, leadership meetings, and awards submissions while ensuring seamless internal business operations during periods of change
  • Manage comprehensive budget processes including OpEx and T&E budget management, monthly transactions, quarterly forecasts, and regular financial reporting to leadership team
  • Create and maintain detailed reports on expenses, operational metrics, and team performance while supporting leadership with communications, project tracking, and content development
  • Handle travel coordination, calendar management, and administrative support while proactively anticipating organizational needs and contributing solutions to business problems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or related field required
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in business management, operations, and financial reporting with proven track record in rhythm of business activities
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI with minimum 5 years of financial reporting and budget management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods with ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI agents and advanced analytics platforms
  • Previous Microsoft or enterprise application experience with hardware business understanding
  • Proven track record in supporting leadership teams and managing cross-functional coordination
  • Experience with enterprise-level budget management and financial forecasting
  • Demonstrated ability to build operational infrastructure and streamline business processes with proactive, detail-oriented approach

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $20.19 to $25.00 USD/ph. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
