The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our team in Seattle, WA or Oklahoma City, OK. The BT&E Business Operations team is looking for a strong leader to support business planning and operating rhythm execution for the Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers + Vertical Lift test team. This manager will lead a team of Business Operations Specialists, Staff Analysts, and Integrated Planners & Schedules spread across multiple domestic time zones. This position will work directly with various levels of leadership and report directly to the BT&E Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers + Vertical Lift Business Operations Senior Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Provides effective business integration and integrated scheduling resources to the test program management team
  • Manage a diverse and distributed team with complex statement of work across various BT&E organizations with competing priorities
  • Lead the application and execution of Program Management Best Practices
  • Align with BT&E priorities and utilizing Program Management Best Practices to establish and utilize an overarching IMIS
  • Ensure standard and consistent Operating Rhythm to address recurring and emergent priorities integrated with the appropriate stakeholders
  • Develop, integrate, and coordinate commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill business goals, objectives and strategies
  • Identify, document, and ensure plans are in place to mitigate Risks, Issues, and capture Opportunities
  • Identify and communicate cost, quality, schedule, and safety imperatives
  • Develop and strengthen the team, identity talent pipelines and required training
  • Able to travel 10% of the time

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience with business integration
  • 3+ years of experience in management or leading teams
  • 3+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
  • Experience with Program Management, project management and/or Business Operations
  • Able to travel 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • 1+ years of experience in Program Planning, Scheduling and Integration
  • Excellent business acumen, written and verbal skills, and ability to solve complex problems

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range Level MK: $109,650 - $171,350
