- Responsible for project portfolios such as Work Movement and Work Statement Management
- Leads production-related Directives, coordinating data and incorporating plans and commitments with internal and external organizations
- Manages special projects and strategic initiatives for the program
- Facilitates discussions & provides recommendations in Program Leadership Meeting
- Supports work statement management publishing software (CDX)
- Supports KPI data gathering
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
- 5+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management
- 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data in industry standard tools such as excel, tableau, and Smartsheet; summarizing findings; and developing conclusions
- Experience in facilitating meetings, creating executive briefing decks and PowerPoints, and presenting to senior leaders and executives
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Level 4: 8+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
- 3+ years of experience developing and communicating recommendations to executive level management
- Familiar with Program Management Best Practices, Change Board, Work Movement, and Directives processes
