Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager with a strong background in both B2C and B2B environments, specifically within consumer applications and SaaS products (growing from early stage to scale). The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset and a proven track record of driving product-led growth (PLG) and optimizing retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and enhance user retention.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Lead product development from ideation through launch, focusing on continuous improvement and user feedback.
  • Drive data-first decision-making to inform product direction, prioritize features, and optimize user experiences.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development.
  • Manage product roadmaps, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Implement and optimize product analytics, consumer analytics, and A/B testing to drive engagement and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in product management or related roles.
  • Company Stage Experience: 2+ years in Series B or earlier stage companies, with experience scaling a company to $100M in revenue.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in both B2C (consumer applications) and B2B (SaaS products) environments.
  • Retention Focus: Proven track record of delivering products that drive high user retention organically.
  • PLG Growth: Strong focus on product-led growth strategies.
  • Collaboration: Experience working directly with engineering and business teams.
  • Data Orientation: Strong background in product analytics, consumer analytics, optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

The annual total cash compensation range is $160,000 to $180,000 however actual salaries can vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
