About the role: We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Incoming Call Line Specialist to manage all incoming communications. This remote position requires a professional who is dependable, communicative, and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every caller.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional manner, providing information and directing inquiries as needed.
- Keep detailed records of all calls, interactions, and customer information within our CRM and documentation systems.
- Use and manage call flows efficiently through a dialer system and phone software.
- Handle and process sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Collaborate effectively with the internal team and follow established procedures accurately.

Required Qualifications

  1. Communication & Experience
    - Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    - Proven experience in a phone-based customer service role (e.g., Receptionist or Virtual Assistant).

  2. Technical & Operational Skills
    Proficiency with key business tools, including:
    - Google Docs for documentation and collaboration.
    - Dialer systems for managing call volume.
    - CRM software for data entry and tracking.

  3. Reliable work setup including:
    - Stable internet and power connection.
    - Backup solutions for both internet and power to ensure no service disruption during your shift.

  4. Availability & Reliability
    - Able to work a fixed schedule: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
    - Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (A Plus)
- Familiarity with the Real Estate or Hospitality industries.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Experience using Aircall or Zendesk platforms.
What we offer
- Mid-term remote collaboration (approx. 2–3 months, until the end of January) with a flexible schedule.
There is a possibility of extension depending on client needs or participation in other upcoming Ricaris projects.
- Compensation: This role includes both inactive and active periods.
Inactive time refers to standby periods while waiting to receive calls.
Active time applies when calls or interactions are in progress.
The salary range is $5–$10, depending on the level of activity and responsibilities.
