Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will guide customers through the full purchase experience—focusing on education, relationship building, and delivering a premium buying process. This is not a high‑pressure environment—it’s about understanding the customer and matching them with the right solution.

 

Car Sales Representative/Consultant Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchase process
  • Build strong relationships and understand customer needs
  • Present vehicle features, capabilities, and options with confidence
  • Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
  • Assist with pricing, deal structure, and purchase documentation
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Deliver a professional, transparent customer experience
  • Collaborate with management and finance for deal completion

Schedule: Full‑Time | Schedule Varies (Including Weekends)

Qualifications

Car Sales Representative/Consultant Qualifications

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset
  • Ability to build trust and work consultatively with customers
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Interest in automotive, off‑road, or utility vehicles is a strong plus

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen.
