Summary

The Semiconductor Change Management Engineer supports the setup, optimization, and sustainment of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications and business processes within the fab. This role partners closely with Global Traveler Control, Process Control, IT, Process Integration, and Manufacturing teams to drive system alignment, improve MES performance, and ensure consistent, high‑quality execution of manufacturing operations. The Change Management Engineer plays a key role in delivering global best‑known methods, supporting system enhancements, and maintaining process integrity through controlled change.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and support projects related to MES applications, including system setup, optimization, trouble-shooting, and enhancement delivery.

  • Deliver global alignment of Best Known Methods (BKM) for Traveler Control and Process Control system configuration.

  • Lead or contribute to local and global initiatives that improve MES system performance, consistency, and usability.

  • Serve as application owner by providing user training, system updates, enhancements, and ongoing support.

  • Ensure assigned QMS and business processes are effective, compliant, and maintained through planned changes.

  • Partner with multi-functional teams to coordinate system changes, resolve issues, and align operational workflows.

  • Analyze system data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively to partners and leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

  • Core Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings and present data to large groups.

  • Experience: 2+ years of related experience in change management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience working in change management for semiconductor manufacturing environments or with fab‑related systems.

  • MES Expertise: Experience with MES applications, Traveler Control, Process Control, or manufacturing system configuration.

  • Process & Quality Systems: Experience supporting QMS, business process governance, or controlled change management.
