Your Role

• Build, nurture, and expand relationships with Unframe’s partners, acting as the primary point of contact for channel sales initiatives.

• Develop and execute strategic enablement plans customized for regional needs and partner growth.

• Design and implement business plans with partners that focus on revenue growth, technical enablement, and joint business development activities.

• Collaborate with partners to increase the pipeline and achieve measurable sales growth within the first six months of the role.

• Work closely with marketing teams to create and roll out co-branded campaigns that drive demand and pipeline generation.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, ensuring alignment with Unframe’s go-to-market strategy.

• Establish strong relationships with partner sales teams to ensure active engagement and collaboration.

• Support regional sales teams by integrating partner efforts into broader regional sales strategies.

• Ensure that all partners meet required certifications, training, and enablement milestones to maintain their status.

• Represent Unframe at partner events and trade shows, showcasing the company’s value proposition and partnership opportunities.

 

What You Will Bring

• 5-7 years of experience in channel management, partner enablement, or related roles in the B2B software or SaaS industry.

• Proven experience selling enterprise software solutions, with a strong preference for AI, cloud, or data-driven platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful enablement and growth strategies with channel partners.

• Strong understanding of strategic business planning and partner sales processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including persuasive presentation abilities and technical fluency.

• Creativity in driving impactful co-marketing and joint business development initiatives with partners.

• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with enterprise technology stacks and ecosystem players such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and AI/ML solutions.
