What will you be doing?

The Client Services Executive is responsible for developing a strategy and plan to handle continued growth in their account base through capacity planning, training, and process improvement. This individual will also provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Services consultants as they execute their assigned engagements — and will personally engage on the largest and most strategic Services pursuits across WWT’s Global Service Provider customers, including Tier 1 operators and Sports & Entertainment accounts.

The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Practice, and Delivery — driving Services revenue and margin growth across the priority themes shaping the GSP business in 2026: AI adoption and agentic AI deployment, AI-ready network and infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity and zero trust transformation, cloud and multi-cloud, fiber and 5G/RAN modernization, video and content distribution, and the broader digital transformation agenda of our Service Provider customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive large-scale Services engagements with WWT’s largest GSP customers — including Tier 1 operators and Sports & Entertainment accounts.
  • Develop deep customer relationships with hiring managers, directors, VPs, and executives within the assigned account base.
  • Work in a sales overlay role with existing account Client Executives to drive incremental Services attach and margin growth across the GSP portfolio.
  • Drive growth within our Services practice — expanding penetration of WWT’s Services portfolio (Strategic Advisory & Consulting, Engineering & Architecture, AI Services and AI Proving Ground engagements, Lab Services, Integration & Deployment, Managed Services, and Strategic Resourcing) aligned to 2026 customer priorities in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and modern infrastructure.
  • Help recruit, interview, and hire top industry talent to grow the organization — with a particular focus on AI, cloud, and modern infrastructure consulting skill sets.
  • Build, maintain, and utilize subcontract and partner relationships to level capacity fluctuations and extend the team’s reach into specialized capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with WWT’s Delivery Methodology and continued alignment with the AI Proving Ground, Advanced Technology Center (ATC), and NAIC capabilities that differentiate WWT in the market.
  • Evaluate processes and recommend changes to drive higher quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction at scale — including improvements to pursuit cadence, forecasting discipline, and delivery handoffs.
  • Partner with WWT Practice leaders and Services Delivery leadership to inform the continued evolution of WWT’s Services portfolio in line with GSP customer demand signals.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
