We are searching for talented and passionate people who want to help shape the future of veterinary care.

About the Position

As a Clinic Growth Manager you'll design and run the programs that keep thousands of veterinary clinics engaged, growing, and getting real value from Vetcove – and you'll know how to identify the ones who need a personal nudge and go get them.

You'll think in programs, not just conversations – using data, content, and community to move thousands of clinics at once.

What You Will Do

  • Design and manage a clinic community program including newsletters, referral programs, peer spotlights, and online engagement initiatives

  • Develop and run clinic-focused seminars and educational webinars on topics like in-platform best practices, successful workflows, and platform updates

  • Develop best practice playbooks, how-to guides, and self-serve resources that help clinics maximize platform value

  • Lead best practice sessions to share learnings, tips, and platform updates

  • Analyze usage trends, sales patterns, and platform engagement to identify underperforming clinics and build targeted re-engagement plans

  • Monitor key health metrics across the platform to flag at-risk accounts before churn becomes a risk

  • Act as a feedback loop between clinics and the product team: know what clinics need and advocate for it

  • Leverage AI tools and partnership with the data team to build and maintain dashboards to track clinic health, engagement, and growth metrics

  • Prepare regular business reviews with data-driven insights for internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 3–5 years of experience in Community Engagement, Growth Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role, ideally in a SaaS or technology company

  • A track record of driving measurable growth outcomes across a large customer base

  • Comfort with data: You can pull a report, spot a trend, and translate it into action

  • Experience building or contributing to community programs, event coordination, or customer education initiatives

  • A natural communicator who can hold a room in a seminar, build trust in a 1:1, and write a newsletter people actually read

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs and initiatives simultaneously

  • Comfortable shifting between program-level thinking and direct clinic conversations when the situation calls for it.

  • Skilled at translating user feedback and behavioral data into program decisions

  • Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or life sciences is a strong plus but not required

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools

  • Experience with customer health scoring or churn prediction frameworks

  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment

Benefits (Full Time Roles)

  • 100% remote within the USA

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

  • Automatic 401k contribution

  • Employee referral program

  • At home office set up

  • Bi-annual company retreats

  • Open vacation policy

  • Equity

  • Monthly team events

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
