  • Manuscript preparation and submission: Synthesize project findings and lead the drafting and submission of a manuscript for publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Attend cross-functional meetings, engage with internal stakeholders, and gain exposure to how clinical research drives business decision-making.

Impact and Success Indicators

Where you’ll make an impact during the internship (approx 10 weeks):

  • Successfully design and execute a targeted research initiative.
  • Produce a completed paper submitted for peer review by the end of the 10-week engagement.
  • Share findings and key takeaways across functional teams to help inform care models and organizational strategy.
We’re looking for someone with:
  • An ongoing or recently completed a doctoral or master's program in Clinical Psychology or a closely related behavioral health discipline.
  • Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in quantitative data analysis and statistical methodology.
  • Qualitative research skills and experience designing, collecting, and analyzing qualitative data (e.g., thematic analysis, interviews).
  • Familiarity with AI tools, an interest in and exposure to AI clinical tools such as note scribes is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and academic writing skills, with a passion for cross-functional teamwork.
  • An eagerness to learn about industry roles, digital health innovation, and applied clinical research.
