The Cloud Solution Architect Manager leads the technical strategy and execution of a deeply technical, hands-on coding team that supports Microsoft’s enterprise, recruit, and growth partners. They manage a team of Cross Solution Partner Solution Architects who co-engineer with partners to build commercially viable differentiated solutions built on Microsoft Cloud services. They are equally comfortable coaching teams, influencing executives, challenging technical assumptions, managing risk, and turning partner insights into scalable Microsoft impact. They lead with clarity, accountability, and empathy while ensuring the team delivers measurable outcomes for partners, customers, and Microsoft. Given they lead a deep, hands-on coding team, there is an additional expectation of knowledge of the engineering principles and approaches that are critical in co-engineering engagements.
