Commercial Card Implementation Product Specialist

Our client, a global leader in digital payments and commercial solutions, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to support North American financial institutions and partners across a suite of commercial payment and expense management solutions.  These solutions enable businesses to manage expenses, improve compliance, streamline vendor payments, and gain actionable insights into corporate spending through digital platforms and APIs.

This role is ideal for a technically inclined consultant who thrives in a client support and problem-solving environment, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing optimization of commercial payment solutions.

The Details:

• Location: Atlanta GA, Birmingham AL, or Charlotte NC preferred;
• Duration: Approximately a 6-month consulting role with potential for extension (must be able to work on Blend’s W2 without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future)

What you’ll do:

• Train with Client's team to learn its commercial card products, VSCE platform, implementation process, workflow tools, and required procedures.
• Partner with Commercial Card Sales and business clients through kickoff and ongoing meetings to define program setup requirements, required documentation, and implementation needs.
• Perform program setup, data entry, and validation within applicable commercial card applications, and document implementation progress and updates in Client-designated workflow tools.
• Validate that required documentation, authorizations, approvals, and implementation inputs are complete and accurate; follow up with Sales when information is incomplete or inaccurate.
• Coordinate file specifications, file testing, customer communications, and setup walkthroughs across the Client’s partners and support teams.
• Track and drive implementations through completion, independently resolve or escalate implementation issues, and support a smooth transition to Client Services after implementation.

What you have:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of commercial card implementation, onboarding, or expense-management platform experience.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience in banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Visa Spend Clarity (VSCE) and knowledge of commercial card program setup and implementation processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the TSYS TS2 processing platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The starting pay range for this role is $40-45 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
