We are searching for a creative and collaborative Communications Associate to create content that upholds the QuestBridge brand among our core constituents. The Communications Associate will play an important role in creating content for the program teams to ensure that our Scholars and Alumni are engaged through a variety of channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members to create and edit content for email, social media, web, print, video, and other channels to support program goals.
  • Produce messaging and creative assets that aligns with the QuestBridge brand.
  • Monitor emerging trends and provide recommendations on best practices for marketing and communications.
  • Balance conflicting feedback for messaging and escalate when needed.
  • Participate in other organization-wide initiatives such as reading applications and staffing events. 
 Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and design skills with demonstrated experience in adapting content for different channels and understanding the relationship between design and content.
  • Ability to apply a consistent voice with tonal flexibility for various audiences and programs.
  • A proven track record of successfully working cross-collaboratively. 
  • Working knowledge of website content management systems, email marketing software, social media platforms, and design programs (Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Heightened sensitivity to students from diverse backgrounds.

 Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience and skills for the position. The range for this position is $54,000 - $65,000.

 Hours and Location

This is a regular, full-time, remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States. Employees will be expected to be engaged online and travel when necessary.  Travel may include up to 2-4 times per year for internal and external organizational events.
