- Collaborate to develop and copy edit clear, compelling content that connects with audiences and answers the critical question: "Why does this matter?"
- Ensure editorial quality, accuracy and AP style across all materials. Knowledge and use of Smart Brevity a plus
- Write attention-grabbing headlines and teasers and edit body copy to draw readers in and drive engagement
- Become an expert in our advanced publishing tools to seamlessly integrate text, visuals and multimedia into polished content packages
- Use AI tools to streamline workflow and improve relevance while maintaining editorial standards
- Build and apply audience metrics to optimize content reach and impact

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years' experience creating and guiding content, strong writing and copy-editing skills, and use of images and video in content packages
- 3+ years' experience as a proven leader with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- 3+ years' experience distilling complex, technical and abstract concepts into concise messaging and stories
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience using good judgment in guiding and crafting content; including the use of modern AI tools
- Experience in corporate communications, public relations or news media
- Experience producing, writing, and editing communications plans, strategies and deliverables
- Experience supporting executives and/or senior leaders
