As a CRM Professional Services Consultant, you will lead client implementations by first understanding the business goals, needs, and measures of success behind each project. You will turn that understanding into a clear delivery plan, guide clients and Unanet teams through decisions and execution, and configure the solution to support the outcomes the client values. You will own scope, timelines, budget, communication, and adoption so clients realize value from their investment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead discovery with client stakeholders to understand business goals, workflows, priorities, and success measures
  • Translate client needs into a practical project plan with clear scope, outcomes, milestones, roles, timelines, and budget
  • Own implementation and integrated-solution delivery from kickoff through adoption; manage decisions, risks, dependencies, timelines, and budget to keep work on track. Monitor Professional Services outcomes, including Time-to-Value, CSAT, Budgeted Delivered Hours, realization, and utilization, and take action when performance is off plan
  • Align internal teams, including Data Migration and Data Integration resources and client stakeholders around priorities, responsibilities, and delivery commitments
  • Partner with client stakeholders and data specialists to map, transform, and validate data from multiple sources so it supports the client's business processes in Unanet
  • Recommend and configure the solution to meet client objectives, applying industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen
  • Drive clear, timely collaboration and decision-making across internal and external project teams; confirm owners and follow through on commitments
  • Build deep expertise in Unanet's CRM capabilities and explain how product features support the client's goals and workflows
  • Demonstrate the product and design and deliver role-based end-user training that prepares client stakeholders to use the solution, remotely or onsite
  • Identify and resolve complex client escalations promptly, communicating clearly and driving issues to resolution

In your first 60 days, you will begin owning your first client project with support from your mentor and team. You will continue your onboarding plan, build confidence leading client conversations and project activities, and reach a 25% realization target.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
