The Salesforce Consultant will manage clients, lead solution strategy and implementation, configure Salesforce, manage data migration, and ensure effective collaboration and innovation.
Consultant – Salesforce Solutions
We are a fast-moving startup looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Salesforce Consultant who thrives in challenges, learns quickly, and is eager to experiment with new tools. This role requires someone who is proactive, innovative, and passionate about client success and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Management & Customer Success: Act as a trusted advisor to client Product Owners, ensuring effective backlog prioritization, providing updates on progress and blockers, and facilitating seamless communication. You’ll also coordinate work across onshore and offshore teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Solution Strategy & Implementation: Lead and support workshops with business and technical teams to capture client needs, challenges, and requirements, translating them into capabilities, epics, and user stories.
- Hands-on Salesforce Configuration & Customization: Implement and configure Salesforce solutions that align with best practices, maximize platform capabilities, and deliver measurable business value.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to evaluate and integrate new tools, ensuring solutions align with evolving business needs.
- Data Management & Migration: Develop a strong understanding of the Salesforce data model to plan and execute data migrations from legacy systems or other Salesforce environments.
- Testing & Validation: Validate developed solutions, support demos, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and testing efforts to ensure smooth implementation.
- Effort Estimation & Risk Assessment: Assist in assessing feasibility, estimating levels of effort, and identifying potential risks in proposed solutions.
- Knowledge Sharing & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, experiment with emerging technologies, and proactively optimize processes to enhance client outcomes.
- At least 4 Salesforce certifications required (6 preferred).
- Experience in HLS (Healthcare & Life Sciences) or Public Sector is a big plus.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and data modeling.
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and functional documentation.
- Ability to lead business and technical workshops, translating complex needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in testing, validation, and user training.
