Job Description

This position is responsible for planning and managing the day-to-day project execution of sponsorship marketing tactics across Allstate’s sponsorship platforms such as collegiate sports, soccer, or other key sponsorship programs. The role partners with internal stakeholders, sponsorship agencies, and external rights holders. Key responsibilities include project and asset management, legal approvals, budget management, presentations, event execution, and program performance analysis while ensuring sponsorship activities align with broader marketing and sales objectives. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong project management, communication, and organizational skills, with at least three years of relevant marketing, sponsorship, or promotional experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities 

• Management and support of sponsorship platforms at Allstate (College Football, Collegiate Sports, Soccer, etc.) 

• Manage program deliverables with sponsorship agencies of record and external property rights holders 

• Manage program overviews, recaps, and other materials for internal meetings and presentations 

• Manage required day-to-day tasks, including spreadsheets, event status reports and timeline management, meeting coordination, legal and key stakeholder approvals, and maintaining centralized files for reference and compliance 

• Execute marketing strategies and sales objectives 

• Manage and direct budgets pertaining to each individual sponsorship platform 

• Monitor the effectiveness of sponsorship programs through analysis of responses and sales indicators 

• Lead project teams both internal and external relating to individual programs

• Execute legal review documents and legal review processes including compliance

• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 65,600.00 - 110,075.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
