What You’ll Do
We’re hiring a Content Designer to join our team of mission-driven educators and designers to build high-quality, standards-aligned learning experiences that support student success.
In this role, you will:
- Write, edit, and revise engaging curriculum content (CTE and Electives)—including lessons, assessments, and activities—that support strong student outcomes
- Apply design and quality guidelines to ensure content is instructionally sound, rigorous, and inclusive
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and content developers to ensure clarity and alignment across all assets
- Work within internal authoring platforms and follow established content workflows
- Support iterative development cycles through feedback integration and process improvement
- Stay informed about curriculum standards and educational best practices to inform development decisions
Who You Are
- You bring at least 2 years of experience in education, curriculum development, or instructional design
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- You’re a strong writer and editor with sharp attention to detail
- You understand learning design principles and how they apply to digital curriculum
- You enjoy collaborating across teams and contributing to shared goals
- You’re organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- You’re quick to learn new tools and technologies – bonus points for experience with AI
- You thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- You’re driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in K–12 education

Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
