At MoneyGram, we're combining the strength of a trusted global brand with the agility of a tech-forward, growth driven culture. With 85+ years of experience and a presence in more than 200 countries and territories, we've built a foundation of stability and trust to help millions of people around the world send funds quickly, securely, and affordably.

We're looking for bold thinkers, builders, technologists, and sellers who want real ownership of their work, thrive in collaborative environments, and are energized by solving complex challenges. Here, you'll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact - fast.

If you're eager to shape the future of cross-border payments and financial services, join us as we transform how the world moves money.

About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Content Creator who cares as much about what happens after an ad goes live as how it looks before it does. Someone who can turn creative ideas into measurable results, understand why something worked (or didn't), and use those insights to make the next one better.

You'll develop creative for our Mexico and Latin America markets, taking ideas from insight through to execution. One day might mean filming and editing a UGC-style video, the next developing static or motion concepts. AI will be part of your everyday process, helping you explore new directions, accelerate production and scale what works. From concepts and hooks to scripts and creative variations, you'll own what gets made, using your native Spanish fluency and understanding of Mexican and Latin American audiences to create, adapt and review content and copy that feels culturally relevant, not simply translated.

This isn't a role where you'll just execute briefs and move on. You'll work closely with Growth Marketing to understand what's performing, what's not and why. You'll interpret performance data, challenge assumptions, develop creative hypotheses and test new approaches. Paid social will be your core focus, but your creative thinking will extend across our wider paid media channels.

If you live to create, think like a customer and test, challenge and make things better by default, you're our person!

What success looks like within a year: A consistent pipeline of high-performing creative, faster testing and iteration, winning concepts scaled across channels and markets, and a measurable contribution to reducing customer acquisition cost (CAC).

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Own what you create. From the first idea to the finished ad. Concepts, hooks, scripts, storyboards and creative that gets people to take action.
  • Make content, not just concepts. Film, edit, design and animate. UGC, short-form video, statics, motion and whatever format gets the message across.
  • Test the creative. Hook against hook, purchase driver against purchase driver, format against format. Work with Growth Marketing to find out what performs. Let the results decide what comes next, not personal preference.
  • Know your numbers. Look at hook rates, CTR, CVR and CAC. Understand what worked, what didn't and why. Use those insights to make creative decisions that help bring acquisition costs down.
  • Make the next one better. Don't wait for another brief. Spot what's working, rethink what isn't and turn winning ideas into new variations that can scale across channels and markets.
  • Make it feel local. Know what resonates with Mexican and Latin American audiences. Write, adapt and review Spanish copy, and make sure the creative feels authentic, not simply translated.
  • Put AI to work. Use it to explore ideas, build concepts, create content and produce variations faster. Keep experimenting with new tools, but know when human judgement makes the difference.
  • Keep things fresh. Stay close to emerging formats, platform trends and cultural conversations. Bring new ideas to the table and don't keep repeating last month's winner.

What You'll Bring

  • A portfolio with results, not just good-looking ads. Show us what you created, why you made it and how it performed. We want to see the thinking, the testing and what the numbers told you.
  • Content you've made yourself. UGC, short-form video, statics, motion and more. You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you can take a concept through to execution.
  • Proven performance creative experience. You've spent time creating for paid media, know what makes people stop scrolling, click and convert, and understand how creative decisions influence acquisition costs.
  • Confidence with data. You can interpret performance metrics, spot patterns and turn insights into creative hypotheses. You've tested different hooks, messages and formats, and can show us what you learned.
  • Real use of AI creative tools. You've made things with them, not just experimented with prompts. AI is already part of how you create, experiment and work faster. Show us what you've achieved with it.
  • Native-level Spanish and real cultural understanding. You know Mexican and Latin American audiences, how they communicate and what resonates. You can write, adapt and review Spanish copy, not just translate it.
  • Hands-on experience with creative tools. You're comfortable with video editing, design and motion tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or equivalent.
  • Good creative judgement and a bias for action. You care about craft, but you're not precious about your ideas. You can move quickly, take feedback, challenge a brief and know when it's time to try something different.
  • Clear communication and collaboration. You can explain your creative thinking, back up recommendations with evidence and work closely with marketers, designers and other creators.
  • Bonus points if you get in front of the camera. Comfortable creating your own UGC-style content, presenting or filming yourself? Even better.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
