At Wyze, we make smart home technology accessible to everyone. We're known for disrupting markets with high-quality, affordable products - from cameras to lighting to sensors and more. We believe technology should simplify life, not complicate it. We’re a fast-moving, customer-obsessed team driven by curiosity and powered by data.
The Opportunity
Wyze is looking for a Contract Bilingual Supply Chain Analyst III to serve as a key analytics partner to our Supply Chain Operations team. This person will act as the data steward for an evolving supply chain environment, turning complex operational data into clear insights that drive better decisions across demand forecasting, inventory planning, allocation, order management, and broader supply chain optimization.

This role is best suited for someone who is highly analytical, comfortable working across messy datasets and operational ambiguity, and able to connect data work directly to business decisions. While the anchor of the role is analytics, this person will also provide occasional support on supply chain execution tasks when needed.

This is a 3-month contract with possible extension. It is a requirement of this role to have fluency in both Mandarin and English. Our interview will test this specifically.

What You’ll Do
  • Own core supply chain analytics and serve as a trusted data partner for supply chain decision-making
  • Extract, clean, structure, and analyze complex datasets to support forecasting, inventory planning, allocation, network analysis, order management, and supply chain economics
  • Build and improve repeatable data extraction, reporting, and analytical workflows that increase visibility and decision speed
  • Develop business models and reporting that identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities across the supply chain
  • Monitor and analyze key operating metrics including forecast accuracy, inventory health, lead times, service levels, and fulfillment performance
  • Partner cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, operations, finance, and manufacturing partners to improve end-to-end supply chain performance
  • Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain issues and recommend corrective actions backed by data
  • Support inventory management, reconciliation, and related operational analysis as needed
  • Assist with implementation and adoption of supply chain systems, tools, and process improvements
  • Provide occasional support on executional work such as channel partner order fulfillment and 3PL invoice auditing when the business requires it

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, demand planning, inventory planning, operations analytics, or a closely related function
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with at least one analytical or programming language such as Python or R
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and analytical models that support operational or business decisions
  • Working knowledge of core supply chain concepts including forecasting, inventory management, lead times, fulfillment flows, and operational KPIs
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, comfort working with ambiguity, and a bias toward building scalable processes
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin given this role will regularly interface with Mandarin-speaking suppliers or partners

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in consumer products, consumer electronics, or another inventory-intensive business
  • Experience with database design, maintenance, or data pipeline/process improvement
  • Experience supporting network analysis, inventory placement, or supply chain cost modeling
  • Familiarity with international logistics, trade, or 3PL operations
  • APICS, CSCMP, or similar supply chain certification

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $44 – $59 per hour.

  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
