Requirements

Contracts Coordinator: This is where you come in.
We’re looking for a Contracts Coordinator to support our Contracts and Legal departments. In this role, you’ll help process and manage contracts, reduce risk, ensure compliance, and contribute to MacMiller’s continued success and growth.

Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:

  • Contract Management – Reviewing, processing, and managing contracts with various stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Document Collection & Management – Overseeing the lifecycle of critical documents, including regulatory filings, to ensure proper handling and preservation.
  • Risk & Compliance Support – Assisting with the management of liens, bonds, insurance, and regulatory requirements while ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Administrative & Organizational Support – Providing general support to the Legal and Contracts Departments, maintaining SharePoint resources, tracking expenses, and assisting with internal documentation and communication.

You should have…
Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related administrative field
  • Experience coordinating and tracking documents, deadlines, and records
  • Familiarity with insurance, licensing, or regulatory documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a Legal or Contracts Department
  • Knowledge of the construction or building services industry
  • Familiarity with lien and bond processes
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments

Benefits

Compensation: $75,000 to $90,000 Annually

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions presently provides employee coverage for:
