Job Description

  • Responsible for total cost management of projects delivering positive outcomes for our clients
  • Able to deliver full range of QS services from design stage to close out of projects
  • Carry out cost management and contract administration duties with reasonable supervision and guidance
  • Quantity measurement, Cost planning, bill of quantities, VE (value engineering)
  • Procurement process from pre-qualification, tender document, PTE, tender assessment, contract document  
  • To monitor and verifying VO, Claims, Payment, Final Account and attending project meetings.
  • Produce monthly cost report
  • Cost studies, market survey for commercial aspects
  • Familiar with contractors/subcontractors/suppliers from construction industries in Vietnam market
  • To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
  • Pro-actively interface with clients and other consultants, at all project stages

Qualifications

  • Qualifications in Civil Engineering/Construction Economics/Transportation
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Auto Cad, and other software related to QS services e.g CostX, BIM
  • Experience working on a range of projects across industry sectors particularly in public sector, mixed development, industrial, semiconductor, lifescience/pharma, data center, hi tech, infrastructure etc
  • 4– 10 years experience in Cost Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Team player with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
