About Us:
Comfrt is one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands, dedicated to blending mental wellness, inclusivity, and elevated comfort into every piece we create. Our mission goes beyond clothing — we strive to build a community where everyone feels supported and seen.

About the Job:

Comfrt’s Creative Performance Strategist is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, AI, and performance. This individual ensures that all creative output is engaging, innovative, and optimized for measurable marketing performance.

You will bridge creative strategy and execution, using data and insights as well as emerging tools and AI to scale performance assets that deliver ROAS at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative concepting and campaign development across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Pinterest — owning the idea from brief to execution
  • Define and protect the Comfrt creative voice across paid and organic channels, ensuring every asset feels cohesive, intentional, and on-brand
  • Develop compelling creative briefs that translate brand strategy, product stories, and cultural moments into thumb-stopping content
  • Partner with designers, videographers, and UGC creators to bring concepts to life with speed and creative integrity
  • Drive creative for new product launches, brand collaborations, seasonal campaigns, and always-on content
  • Stay deeply plugged into culture — tracking trends, platform behavior, and the visual language shaping what resonates with our audience
  • Use performance signals (CTR, hook rate, engagement, ROAS) to inform creative iteration — not to lead it
  • Explore AI and emerging creative tools to expand what's possible, accelerate production, and unlock new storytelling formats

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in creative strategy or brand creative, with a proven track record of concepting and producing campaigns that resonated — across channels and at scale
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, visual range, and brand storytelling
  • Deep fluency in social-first content and platform culture — you know what feels native, and what feels forced
  • Experience with AI tools, marketing technology, analytics platforms, and social media insights
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • A self-starter with the ability to work quickly and solve problems cross-functionally
  • Fluent in advertising fundamentals, with a clear understanding of how creative storytelling meets performance
  • Ecommerce high growth experience preferred
  • A sense of curiosity and what is driving impact for high growth DTC brands

Why Join Comfrt?

  • Be part of a purpose-driven company that’s shaping the future of comfort and mental wellness.
  • Work in a supportive, creative environment where your ideas and growth are valued.
  • Enjoy Comfrt benefits such as generous paid time off, company-covered health insurance, 5% 401k match, and discounts on all Comfrt products!
  • Join a passionate team making an impact on exciting projects, all while enjoying the flexibility and collaborative support of a fully remote environment.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
