Overview

At Microsoft, we’re building a modern, AI-forward marketing organization that learns faster, activates smarter, and drives measurable impact. Our approach blends human creativity with AI-powered insights to fuel bold, culturally inspired creative strategies at scale. We prioritize outcomes over outputs, embrace rapid learning loops, and operate in agile flight formations that unite disciplines across Commercial Brand, Creative, and Customer Marketing.

The Design Studio is the central design team supporting Microsoft’s Commercial portfolio. The team builds and stewards global Commercial brands and their creative expression across the customer journey, partnering closely with Brand Strategy, Global Marketing, and Integrated Creative teams. We set a high craft bar and continuously improve how Commercial creative is developed, produced, and delivered.

As a Creative Producer in the Design Studio, you will translate creative vision into executable production across visual identity development, design systems, toolkits, asset libraries, photography, motion, and video. You will partner with creative directors, brand strategists, designers, Studio Operations, agencies, and production vendors to assemble and lead cross-functional teams from brief through final delivery. You will own scope, schedules, budgets, review cycles, and production quality while applying AI-enabled workflows that make the Studio faster, more consistent, and more scalable.

The ideal candidate combines production craft, commercial judgment, clear communication, and calm decision-making. You operate effectively in ambiguity, anticipate needs before they become blockers, and bring viable options and recommendations when budgets, timelines, or direction change.

At Microsoft, our mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more guides how we partner with customers to deliver trusted, impactful solutions.
