Acuity is looking for a CRM Platform Strategist to help shape the future of our CRM ecosystem. This role will lead the vision, strategy, and evolution of Acuity’s CRM platform, ensuring technology investments align with business priorities and user needs. Working with partners across the organization, you will execute a strategic roadmap, translate requirements into prioritized initiatives with measurable outcomes, and manage the product backlog to drive continuous value delivery. You will help expand CRM capabilities, optimize user adoption, and ensure the platform supports long-term organizational success.

This position reports to a General Manager of Business Systems.

What you'll do:  

  • Serve as the strategic owner for Acuity's multi-org CRM environment, developing short and long-term roadmaps, data governance protocols, and integrations with downstream systems that position Acuity to be future-ready.
  • Translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions, balancing user experience, cost, and long-term maintainability, while prioritizing investments based on tangible benefits and/or user experience.
  • Leverage data analytics and market insights to refine platform strategy and enhance user engagement, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable functionality requests.
  • Drive analytics enablement by ensuring reliable data flows, reporting, and actionable insights.
  • Guide Acuity's efforts to leverage technology as a competitive advantage to solve business problems and improve user experience for internal users and independent agents.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across internal teams.
  • Periodic travel may be required for industry or technology conferences, and training/professional development.
  • Proactively pursues professional development.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or extensive direct experience.
  • Several years of experience designing and scaling CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), partnering with business and technical teams to deliver measurable value.
  • Skilled in defining CRM strategy, developing multi-year roadmaps, and establishing outcome-based success metrics.
  • Maintains a forward-looking perspective on market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs, leveraging insights and feedback to shape future capabilities and business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into technology solutions.
  • Adept at prioritizing, organizing, and accomplishing tasks in a self-directed environment

          This is a remote position, but will have an onsite requirement of at least 1x/month.

          This job is classified as exempt.

          The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
