Job Description

As a CRM Promotions Analyst, you will be responsible for reporting on CRM promotional performance along with forecasting and budgeting CRM generosity and finding efficiencies for the business.

You will focus on our promotional performance and analyzing each offer to determine performance against KPIs. You will also report on bonus spend versus budget and forecasting future bonus spend to ensure budget is met. You will storytell to the broader business on the performance of offers including ROI and KPIs.

As a self-motivated, proactive, and data-centric individual, you will demonstrate a results-driven approach with proven data analytics capabilities and a knack for using data to inform strategy and story tell on performance.

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 to $95,000 annually.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in economincs, business administration, analytics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in loyalty program management, commercial strategy, customer retention, preferably in the sports betting or technology industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI or similar platforms for data analysis.
  • The ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights through strong communication and presentation skills for CRM leadership.
  • Results driven with the desire to test, re-evaluate, optimise, and test again.
  • Ability to work under pressure, use own initiative and deliver results to meet the needs of stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the online sports betting industry including revenue and generosity schemes for an online sportsbook.
  • Experience collaborating across departments and building relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and projects.

  • Reporting and storytelling on performance of campaigns with recommendations on future improvements focused on increasing retention rates and lifetime value
  • Managing and reporting on promotional spend vs budgets.
  • Developing forecasts that accurately predict spend of promotional campaigns to ensure budgets are met.
  • Partnering in the creation of promotional campaigns for USA and Canada sportsbook.
  • Analyzing business performance at a player engagement level as well as state and product level to find areas for improvement and opportunities to drive efficiency.
  • Understanding customer behaviors to help create campaigns that tie back to and help achieve business targets.
  • Collaborating with trading analytics and data science on the development of machine learning models.
  • Work with finance, commercial, trading and VIP to deliver insights on performance.
