Job Description

As a Product Designer, you will influence the design efforts of our US team and the creation of intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms.

You will work within the Product Design team in the Design and UX department, who are responsible for the strategic design, visual direction and development of our product as we look to craft innovative mobile app experiences that resonate with an American audience.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to learn and help shape a global product and bring fresh perspectives on what American users want and need, while working with a team that has deep expertise in the industry.

Working alongside talented international design teams maintaining our global product, you will use your understanding of sports culture to optimize our Sports app and challenge the market leaders.

Candidates are required to include an accessible link to their portfolio within their resume when submitting their application, as this will be essential for the evaluation of their skills and experience.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

The salary range for this position is between $85,000 to $125,000 annually.

Qualifications

  • Background in commercial app and web UI and UX design.
  • Strong visual portfolio showcasing both UI and UX design, including advanced graphic work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
  • Understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, and user psychology.
  • Appreciation of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in physical and virtual contexts.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize ideas, with a proactive approach to solving problems and learning.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience of working for a global brand.
