Customer Success Enablement Manager

About the Role

At Buildots, we believe well-equipped post-sales teams drive world-class customer experiences at scale. We're looking for a Customer Success Enablement Lead to develop, own and execute the post-sales enablement strategy. Your mission is to make sure our Customer Success team masters the skills and methodologies that deliver real value to customers.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role. You will own the enablement framework for our global Customer Success team and work hands-on, from needs analysis through onboarding, training, and measurement. You will bridge Product, Sales, Marketing, CS, and Delivery so our teams have the tools, skills and routines that drive customer value.

This is an internal-facing position, not a customer-facing role.

What You'll Do

  • Enablement strategy: Build and execute a post-sales enablement strategy aligned with the Customer Success Org’s roadmap and growth targets.
  • Onboarding and ongoing training: Design and run onboarding programs that get new hires ramped quickly and confidently. Support continuing development for existing CSMs, including skills and product/process updates.
  • Content: Create and maintain playbooks, CS guides, training kits, demo flows, technical guides, and certifications for internal audiences.
  • Measurement and reporting: Own the effectiveness of enablement programs. Track performance metrics and iterate on the results.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Act as the bridge across Product, Sales, Marketing, CS and Delivery.
  • Feature and pilot facilitation: Partner with Product teams on smooth feature rollouts, making sure adoption goes well and feedback is synthesized.
  • Voice of the Customer (VoC): Build and maintain structured feedback loops that bring customer input to Product, R&D, and leadership to prioritize customer-led development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in GTM/post-sales enablement, Customer Success Enablement, L&D, Instructional Design, or a closely related role, ideally at a global tech company.
  • Self-starter: Self-directed and comfortable acting as both strategic owner and hands-on contributor, with a proven record of independently running cross-functional projects.
  • Create systems, processes, and programs that scale quickly across the CS org.
  • Excellent communicator: an engaging presenter and clear writer and editor in English who can influence everyone from new hires to C-level executives.
  • Creative thinker and productivity wizard. You can write learning paths, training modules, instructional text, audio, and video, and run a program end to end: design, execution, measurement, and iteration.
  • Proven ability to build VoC feedback loops that turn customer needs into product or process improvements.
  • AI proficiency: Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as LLM assistants and AI-powered content, video, and audio tools) to speed up content creation, personalize learning, and analyze enablement data to provide useful insights to our leadership team and management
  • Hands-on experience with LMS tools and the modern sales tech stack, including managing enablement platforms (LMS, CMS, knowledge bases).
  • Data-driven, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own priorities.
  • You are located in the CST or EST time zone

Preferred, not required

  • Experience in the construction industry or similar complex industrial sectors

We offer competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you professionally and personally:

  • Health, dental & vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match
  • Paid time off (vacation and sick leave)
  • Stock-option grants
  • Hybrid working arrangement
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Commuter benefits
  • Pet insurance
  • Voluntary life insurance
  • Voluntary short-term & long-term disability coverage

*By submitting your application, you agree that Buildots will process your personal data in accordance with Buildots' Privacy Policy.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
