ABOUT THE ROLE: 

We are seeking a full-time Customer Success Analyst III to join our Data & Insights team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating data analyses that demonstrate our company’s impact to clients and strategic partners in the PBM space. You will support the development and execution of analytics, provide data-driven strategic insights, and create customized analytic approaches in a pharmacy benefits setting. This role supports Rightway’s clinical delivery, operations, and other internal departments by developing and delivering complex analytical needs, including quarterly performance reviews and ad hoc client inquiries. Additionally, as a Customer Success Analyst III, you will support strategic decision-making processes to optimize our PBM services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Develop comprehensive analytics focusing on engagement with Rightway’s application.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to provide actionable insights and refine and develop data processes for scalability.
  • Use advanced statistical analysis techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of our clinical management programs and devise measures for assessing efficacy on a recurring basis.
  • Contribute to the improvement of Rightway’s analytical infrastructure by implementing data preparation tools and automated reporting solutions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts, guiding standards and best practices within the team.
  • Lead the development of analytic frameworks and methodologies to support strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate complex data analysis results effectively to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Work with the team to identify and qualify new analytic product  opportunities, understand key technical challenges and recommend strategies to operationalize solutions.
  • Present reporting results to internal stakeholders and implement feedback to create optimal data analytics.
  • Perform detailed pharmacy claims analysis to identify and remedy variances in reporting between Rightway and third party data collectors.

WHO YOU ARE: 

  • Expert level of proficiency with SQL.
  • Proficiency with relational databases and database structures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in quantitative analytics and conducting advanced analytic modeling for large datasets.
  • 4+ years of industry experience querying and analyzing pharmacy benefit management claims data.
  • Confidently analyze data and discuss trends with our strategic clients during calls and business reviews. 
  • Experience working with data and analytics services within cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements from clients or the business.
  • Ability to communicate analysis to business partners and clients both in writing and verbally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced with developing data tools, memos, and presentations to deliver data and insights to stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to guide standards and provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

EXTRA CREDIT: 

  • Experience working in the Clinical Navigation space
  • 5+ years experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management.
  • Proficiency with Python.
  • Proficiency with dbt.
  • Proven experience with version control.
  • Hands on AWS experience is a plus.

BASE SALARY: $90,000 - $130,000

Offer amounts for both remote and in office roles are influenced by geographic location.
