Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards (including Fabric workspaces). Analyze data to identify trends, ensure data quality, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and present actionable insights to support decision-making.
ProArch is looking for a talented Data Analyst/PowerBI Engineer who will play a crucial role in analyzing data and generating actionable insights for our clients. In this position, you will leverage your expertise in Power BI and data analysis techniques to transform complex data into clear and compelling visualizations and reports. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and provide solutions that support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Fabric workspaces
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality control processes
- Assist in presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders through effective storytelling
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and Power BI
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics)
- Proven experience in data analysis and visualization, with a strong focus on Power BI
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning
