About XBOW

At XBOW, we’re redefining the future of cybersecurity by building the world's first autonomous pentester, powered by AI. Today, the gold standard for securing software systems is human pentesters, but with the rise of artificial intelligence, we’re stepping up to scale offensive security to meet the ever-growing demand.

AI is transforming the landscape of both cybersecurity and cyberattacks. While millions of people without security expertise are creating software, bad actors are using AI to launch more effective attacks. XBOW fights back with AI-driven superpowers, enabling security teams to stay one step ahead.

Backed by Sequoia Capital and Altimeter, and a team that includes the creators of GitHub Copilot and GitHub Advanced Security, XBOW is not just keeping up with the times—we’re shaping the future of cybersecurity. Our mission is simple: to defeat the bad actors before they strike, using AI to revolutionize how we approach offensive security.

We’re building something that must be built, and we’re the team to do it. Join us in shaping the next frontier of autonomous security.

As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will be a vital partner to our Sales team, providing the operational support needed to move deals through the pipeline with speed and precision. You will focus on the day-to-day execution of the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle, ensuring that our sellers have the support they need to build accurate quotes and manage contract requirements.

Your Role
  • Sales & Quote Support: Partner directly with Account Executives to assist in building quotes and structuring deals within Nue.io CPQ and Salesforce. Act as a resource for sellers to troubleshoot quote errors and navigate commercial guidelines.

  • Order & Renewal Operations: Manage the order submission process, ensuring all deal data is accurate and audit-ready before it reaches Finance.

    • Support renewal operations to ensure existing customer contracts are processed seamlessly.

    • Assist in responding to technical and commercial requirements for RFPs in a timely manner.

  • Contract Lifecycle Support: Execute contract management tasks within Ironclad, including metadata tagging and indexing of executed agreements. Maintain the integrity of our internal repositories by archiving fully executed contracts and ensuring data flow between Salesforce, Ironclad, and DocuSign.

  • Price Book Maintenance: Support the maintenance of the master price book and product catalog. Assist in updating government contract listings to ensure regulatory compliance.

Who You Are
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, specifically regarding opportunities and accounts, is required.

  • CPQ Experience: Hands-on experience using CPQ platforms; familiarity with Nue.io is a significant advantage.

  • Contract Tools: Experience or proficiency with Ironclad and DocuSign for document generation and e-signatures.

  • Service Mindset: Ability to be a helpful partner to Sales, prioritizing fast turnaround times while maintaining high data accuracy.

Our Tech Stack:

  • Career Growth: Significant opportunities to progress within the sales organization and shape your career trajectory as we scale.

  • Meaningful Work: You’ll directly impact XBOW’s mission to revolutionize cybersecurity and protect organizations worldwide.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
