About Us

In today’s connected world, sharing private information is the lifeblood of any organization. However, the challenge of keeping sensitive data secure has only grown, leading to regular leaks—even within top-tier organizations. This breakdown of trust disrupts communication and causes significant harm to people and businesses.

EchoMark offers a game-changing solution: we embed invisible, forensic markings in documents, personalized for each recipient. These markings don't disrupt information flow but allow leaks to be traced back to their source. The presence of EchoMark fosters trust, accountability, and better stewardship of private information.

We believe the future of information sharing lies in individualizing private data for each recipient, ensuring it stays secure while enabling teams to work effectively.

The Role

This person will lead demand generation at EchoMark end to end, from campaign design to the programs that fill our funnel and accelerate deals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who thrives on turning strategy into pipeline and ambiguity into a repeatable system. The work spans digital channels including the website, paid search, LinkedIn, email, AI search visibility, and ads in tools like ChatGPT. The role also includes testing out-of-home channels where they make sense.

The Demand Generation Manager will bring dedicated focus, rigor, and expertise to the existing demand generation work: sharpening what is running, testing new channels, and continuously optimizing based on what the data shows. Working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Finance, and leadership, this person will turn today’s programs into a repeatable, measurable demand engine. Beyond core demand generation work, this person will also support the wider marketing function, including messaging, content, and reporting, as priorities require.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Build the Demand Engine: Design and implement our demand generation infrastructure -marketing automation platform, lead scoring, nurture workflows, and attribution reporting. Own the full funnel from awareness through pipeline creation.

Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital paid (LinkedIn, Google, email), email, SEO/SEM, webinars, and events. Prioritize channels based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) fit and measurable ROI, not convention.

Content & Campaign Operations: Coordinate with Product Marketing to deploy content across the funnel - translating technical capabilities into messaging that resonates with CISO, CLO, and GC buyers. Build and manage campaign calendars, landing pages, and nurture sequences.

Account-Based Programs: Develop targeted campaigns for priority accounts in our key verticals – government & public sector, financial services, gaming & entertainment, and design/manufacturing. Partner with Sales to align outreach, messaging, and timing against named account lists.

Analytics & Optimization: Own demand gen reporting and dashboards. Track pipeline contribution, CAC, conversion rates by stage, and channel performance. Use data to continuously improve and make the case for investment.

What We're Looking For:

Proven Demand Gen Expertise: 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, including ownership of pipeline targets. You are fluent in funnel metrics, and can guide when we should re-think our funnel definitions.

SaaS & Technical Product Experience: Background selling or marketing complex, technical products - ideally in security, enterprise software, or infrastructure. You can translate sophisticated capabilities into compelling campaigns without losing the substance.

Marketing Stack Fluency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, and similar) and paid channel management. You can build workflows yourself and know when to bring in support.

Builder Mentality: You are energized by the challenge of building programs where none exist. You move fast, test systematically, and aren't waiting for perfect conditions to launch.

Analytical Rigor: You make decisions with data. You can build a reporting dashboard, interpret funnel metrics, and clearly communicate performance to leadership and the board.

Judgement and Ownership: You make sound decisions based on reasonable logic and data, you own results, and can say when something is not working.

AI fluency: you use AI tools to move faster, but take their results with a grain of salt and know where they’re wrong.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes but is not limited to:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans for employees and their dependents

  • Generous PTO to support work-life balance

  • 401(k) Plan to help you plan for the future

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
